International telephone calls

Dial your International Access Code (00 in most of Europe and 011 in the USA), then dial the Country Code for France, 33. Finally dial the phone number omitting the first digit, the zero in brackets.

In order to call home whilst on holiday using a mobile phone you may need to contact your mobile phone operator before travelling to ensure that international calls are enabled on the phone.
